It’s the most tense I have been in a bit, simply because a failure will be misiniterpreted and disastrous for Nasa.

The Nasa budget is 4/10ths of one penny on a tax dollar.

Also… it costs more to air condition the military than the entire Nasa budget.

So yeah… when people come down on this stuff, even when it fails, I get pissed off.  ”Oh sorry that the most important endeavors in human history that will lead to our long term capabilities to survive in this hostile, uncaring universe are too spendy”.

I am psyched for this. Even if we fail. We learn.  But damn we better not screw up. =/
